Spark isn't a startup pitch with a roadmap and a wishlist. It's a working operation, run by someone who mines for himself first. Here's where we're at, and where we're coming from.
Who's behind Spark
Spark is run by an operator, not a sales team. The same person who set up the racks, negotiated the power, and watches the dashboards at 2am is the person you'll text when you have a question. No call center, no account managers, no layers between you and the machines.
We host hardware the way we'd want ours hosted: power at cost plus a flat 7%, locked for life, with your coins flowing straight to your own pool and wallet. We never touch a sat. That's not a feature we bolted on. It's the whole point.
Where we're coming from
Honestly, I got into this looking for a way to write off some of my taxes. While I was digging through ideas I came across Bitcoin mining and was immediately intrigued — and it wasn't new to me. I'd actually mined Bitcoin back in 2022, so I already knew the basics of how it worked. That's the year I started Spark.
I talked it through with family, and we had a connection to someone who owns a medical building. I got talking with him, he was genuinely interested in what I was doing, and it turned into a joint venture. He gave us access to the building's infrastructure, and we've built from there. No outside fundraising, no pitch deck — just a working relationship and a building with the power and space to run real hardware.
We've been operating since 2022. Today we're mining on site, and we're opening it up to host other people and scale the business. The long-term goal is to grow this into the kind of operation CoreWeave, MARA and the rest have built — but we're getting there the same way we started: one rack, one customer, one kept promise at a time.
What we're building, where we're headed
Today we run facilities in Georgia and Memphis on cheap commercial power, hosting Bitcoin ASICs and AI/GPU rigs side by side. We're deliberately small and hands-on while we prove the model out.
