Anything you buy goes through us. We source it, document it, warranty it, and rack it correctly, so it is covered under your agreement from day one. There is a flat 7% over our cost on any hardware purchased through us, the same transparent markup as the power. You are always free to bring hardware you already own instead. Either way, you own it outright, physically and legally.
We buy direct from trusted manufacturers and authorized distributors, never grey-market resellers, so you get new, warrantied units at the real price. And because the markup is a flat 7% over our actual cost, you can see exactly what we paid. Nothing hidden in the hardware, just like nothing hidden in the power.
